Charlie Tavormina, CEO
CEO, Tavent Group

Founded Tavent in 2005 with the foundation of Parking Management and more specifically Valet Parking for Luxury Hotels. In the past two years, the company has expanded beyond valet parking to include front door services, transportation and concierge assistance. Mr. Tavormina has over 10 years of national experience in servicing hotels, banquet facilities, residential condominiums, medical facilities and private affairs. Mr. Tavormina has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Rutgers University. He currently employs over 75 employees on the eastern coast of the United States.

Charlie's mission is to provide elite services to guests and exceed their expectations.


Elson Da Silva
Executive VP, Business Development

Elson Da Silva has over 15 years of experience in Hospitality, Parking Management, Guest Services and Transportation.  Mr. Da Silva oversees and develops new properties.  His operational experience and procedural understanding of the industry permits him to implement hospitality services seamlessly during transition from one property's current vendor to Tavent Group.  In addition, Mr. Da Silva is implementing training and development standards of customer service throughout the region.  Prior to Tavent Group, Mr. Da Silva served as VP of Operations for a leading parking company industry provider in the northeastern U.S. During this period, he oversaw company operation and key projects which involved 200 employees and over 50 properties.  Elson's mission is to provide quick and efficient service by well trained personnel graded ultimately by guests' experience. 


Jennifer Tavormina
Executive VP, Marketing and Promotion

Jennifer began her career in the luxury brand world directly out of college when she worked as a sales rep for a well known luxury Swiss watch brand. While based in Dallas, TX, Jennifer and Charlie ventured into the valet parking world part time. After relocating back to NJ in 2001, Jennifer assisted and managed many aspects of the parking arena as Charlie aspired to development and create his own brand image that would elevate valet parking to the hospitality scene. Presently, Jennifer manages the office and a staff of four employees while overseeing the total eighty five –field reps. Jennifer manages the relationships with all outside vendors and professionals that enhance Tavent Group, Inc.'s brand image and marketing placement. Jennifer's goals are reflected by her strong work ethic and desire to grow the company at a successful and steady pace.
